-(a) Adjust the microphone volume in your system settings. For Windows 10, go to “Start” > “Settings” > "System" > “Sound” > select “3- USB PnP Sound Device” as the Input Device > click “Device Properties” > move the volume slider to 85-100. -(b) On Skype, go to “Options” > “Audio Devices” > select “3- USB PnP Sound Device” > move the volume slider to 100. You can apply similar settings on other systems or applications.
